Mini Donnut For My Little Girl



Karena dirumah lagi gak ada cemilan...iseng2 bikin cemilan buat larasku..dan karna bahan2 yang ada cuma cukup untuk bikin donat, jadilah mini donat nih untuk laras...lumayan hemat tapi sehat lho...kalo mau coba bikin, nih kubagi resepnya :
Bahannya :
250 gr tepung terigu
1 butir telur
50 gr mentega, lelehkan
30 gr gula pasir (tergantung suka manis/tidak)
1 sdt ragi instan

 Topingnya bisa disiapin meses, gula bubuk, atau keju parut...

 

Cara membuatnya mudah banget koq...mixer semua bahan diatas (tambahi air dikit aja) sampai adonan kalis..kemudian biarkan mengembang setengah jam..lalu bentuk bulat2 berlubang..lalu diamkan lagi..baru deh goreng sebentar saja..kemudian taburi dengan meses coklat, keju parut, atau gulingkan di gula halus/bubuk.....tarra..hasilnya pun lumayan....

Larasku suka banget maem donat kecil2 nih,sesuai ma ukuran perutnya kalee, hehe...sampai bingung pilh yang mana, ia suka coklat ma taburan gula halus..keju nya buat ibuknya, hehe...
meski cemilan nih murah meriah tapi yang penting sehat dan puas karna bikin sendiri lho...

Manfaat Aneka Jus Untuk Tubuh




Berikut ini beberapa manfaat aneka jus bagi tubuh:

- Jus campuran apel dan seledri dapat mengurangi peradangan dan membantu menenangkan jiwa sehingga Anda dapat tidur dengan tenang.


- Jus kubis atau kol mengandung vitamin C dan kalsium yang terbukti memperbaiki saluran pencernaan bahkan dapat mengobati luka dalam 7 hari. Kubis juga memiliki nutrien yang berfungsi sebagai anti kanker.

- Jus dari sayuran yang bersifat basa seperti wortel, tomat, bayam, seledri dapat mengeluarkan racun dalam hati, ginjal, racun di darah dan jaringan otot yang telah mengendap beberapa tahun.

- Jus timun kaya akan silicat yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kekuatan jaringan seperti otot, tendon, ligamen, tulang rawan dan tulang. Jus mentimun juga bermanfaat untuk mencerahkan warna kulit, juga menyehatkan rambut dan kuku.

Gulai Pepaya Muda


Bahan :

* 500 gr pepaya muda, kupas, potong 1×1x2cm, remas dengan sedikit garam hingga layu, tiriskan
* 1 batang serai, ambil bagian putihnya dan memarkan
* 2 lembar daun jeruk purut
* 250 gr udang segar ukuran sedang, buang kepalanya
* 1 liter santan dari 1 butir kelapa
* 2 sdm minyak goreng utk numis
* 100 gr kacang panjang, potong 3 cm
* 2 potong asam kandis
* 10 buah mata petai, potong melintang 1 cm
* 75 gr daun melinjo muda

Haluskan :

* 5 butir bawang merah
* 2 siung bawang putih
* 4 buah cabai merah
* 2 cm jahe
* 1 sdt garam
* 1 sdt ketumbar, sangrai
* 1/4 sdt jintan, sangrai
* 1/2 sdt merica butiran, sangrai

Cara Memasak :

1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun jeruk hingga harum
2. masukkan udang, aduk-aduk hingga udang berubah warna
3. tuangkan santan, aduk-aduk hingga mendidih
4. masukkan pepaya dan kacang panjang, masak hingga sayuran lunak
5. tambahkan sisa bahan, masak hingga semua bahan matang.
