Terung Masak Santan


Bahan :
250 gr terong ungu, belah 2 memanjang, lalu potong2
50 gr daun melinjo
2 lbr daun salam
1 btg serai, ambil bag putih lalu memarkan
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
3 buah cabe hijau, dipotong memanjang
 garam
gula pasir
500 ml santan kental
1 ltr santan encer
2 sdm minyak goreng utk menumis

Bumbu halus :
8 btr bwg merah
3 siung bwg putih
4 buah cabe hijau besar
2 cm kunyit, dibakar dulu baru dihaluskan
5 btr kemiri sangrai dulu
2 sdt ketumbar

Cara memasak :
1. Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, serai, lengkuas dan cabe hijau sampai harum.
2. Tuang santan encer aduk rata.
3. Tambahkan terong ungu dan daun melinjo. Rebus sampai stengah matang.
4. Masukkan garam dan gula pasir. masak sambil diaduk.
5. Tuang santan kental. Masak terus sambil diaduk agar santan tidak pecah.
6. Jika sudah matang, angkat dan sajikan.

Ajak Anak Santap Makanan Sehat Sejak Dini



Ada beberapa hal yang bisa dilakukan oleh para orangtua untuk menanamkan pentingnya gizi sejak usia dini. Berikut beberapa langkah di antaranya :

-Ajarkan mengonsumsi makanan sehat sejak dini

Sejak ibu hamil, upayakan untuk menyantap makanan bergizi karena berpengaruh pada kesejahteraan janin. Kemudian, setelah ia lahir, upayakan untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif hingga usia 6 bulan. Pada usia selanjutnya, pastikan kita membuat makanan sendiri untuk si kecil. Hindari menggunakan bahan pengawet atau pewarna.

-Ajak anak mengonsumsi makanan bervariasi 


Buat daftar makanan yang disukai anak, pun buat menu yang perlu dicoba agar suka. Misal, bila ada sayur atau buah yang tak disukai, kita bisa coba mencari cara mengolahnya sehingga ia dapat menyukai makanan tersebut.
Minta ia memilh dua warna buah atau sayuran di piringnya setiap kali makan. Agar tak monoton, pastikan makanan beraneka warna, buah-buahan dan sayuran yang berwarna-warni, seperti hijau dari sayur, kuning dari jagung, serta putih, kuning, dan merah dari buah-buahan.

-Ajak anak menyiapkan makanan 


Bila anak sudah lebih besar, libatkan ia dalam ragam aktivitas, misalnya mengajak ia ke pasar membeli bahan pangan, bagaimana mencuci atau mengupas, hingga ajak ia untuk mempersiapkan meja makan dan menghidangkan atau menyusun makanan. Ajak si koki kecil bagaimana memasak yang sehat, misal mengajari menggunakan oven untuk mengukus atau merebus.

-Belajar warna makanan 


Saat makan bersama, kenalkan pula pada anak-anak tentang warna makanan beserta manfaatnya. Misalnya, wortel berwarna oranye kaya akan kandungan Vitamin A dan bermanfaat dalam menyehatkan penglihatan dan seterusnya.

Warna hijau pada brokoli mengandung beragam vitamin dan antioksidan yang berguna untuk mencegah penyakit seperti kanker. Demikian pula dengan warna merah dan kuning pada semangka merupakan lycopene, salah satu komponen karotenoid sama halnya dengan betakaroten yang bermanfaat sebagai antioksidan.

AYAM PANGGANG BUMBU KENCUR



 Masakan ayam satu ini kalo udah dipanggang haruumm banget lho bund, mpe tercium baunya sama tetangga sebelah, hehee...  yuk dicoba..ini dia resepnya ;

Bahan :
1/2 ekor ayam, potong2
2 lbr daun salam
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
2 btg serai, memarkan
1 st garam
2 sdt gula merah
250 ml santan
1 sdm minyak goreng utk menumis bumbu

Bumbu halus :
5 btr bwg merah
3 siung bwg putih
4 btr kemiri, sangari lalu haluskan
 1 sdt ketumbar
3 cm kencur

Cara memasak :

1.Tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, lengkuas, dan serai, sampai harum. Aduk terus smp berubah warna. Tambah garam dan gula merah. aduk rata.

2. Tuang santan secara bertahap sambil diaduk perlahan.

3. masak sampai matang dan bumbu meresap.

4. Panggang/bakar ayam sambil diolesi sisa bumbu, sampai matang, kecoklatan dan tentu saja sampai tercium aroma haruumm ^^

Sajikan hangat2 dengan sambal ya bund, dijamin semua anggota keluarga bakalan lahap makannya ^^

Tahu Tempe Bacem



Masakan khas Jawa ini selalu membuat saya kangen kampung halaman...maklum merantau,hee..jadi setiap masak ini, jadi teringat masa kecil saya di Jawa..its so sweet ^^ Udah ah melow-nya, lanjut share resep tahu tempe bacem nya nih bund..simak yaa..:

Bahan :
5 bh tahu putih
1 papan tempe, potong sesuai selera, bisa segi4/segi3
gula merah
garam
lengkuas
daun salam
air utk merebus
note : (paling enak lg kalo ditambahin air kelapa,karna akan membuat bacem lebih manis dan lezat, di warung dkat saya tinggal agak susah dapetnya :-(
 Minyak goreng

Bumbu halus :
5 bawang merah
2 bwg putih
ketumbar

Cara memasak :
1. Masak tahu putih, tempe, gula merah dalam air, bersamaan dgn bumbu halus, garam, gula, daun salam, lengkuas.

2. Masak sampai air mengering dan bumbu meresap.

3. Panaskan minyak goreng, lalu goreng tahu dan tempe hingga berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Angkat dan sisihkan.

Nah, selamat mencoba ya bund, paling nyuss jika disajikan bersama sambal terasi, berasa banget Jawanya ^^ hehee..

Tips Dan Trik Menggoreng Udang






Bunda, udang merupakan salah satu seafood yang berprotein tinggi. Nutrisinya baik untuk  tumbuh kembang anak-anak. Nah yang suka memasak udang, ada sedikit tips nih seputar memasak udang :


1. Pilih udang yang segar. ciri-cirinya tidak berbau busuk, tidak berbadan lembek, tidak ada bintik2 hitam di tubuh udang itu.

2. Bersihkan udang sebelum mengupasnya. lalu siram udang dengan air panas supaya udang lebih mudah dikupas.

3. Belah punggung udang yang sudah dikupas, keluarkan isi perut udang yang berbentuk seperti tali hitam. setelah itu cuci bersih kembali.

4. Gunakan api sedang untuk menggoreng udang dan cukup goreng sebentar saja sebab udang cepat matang, tandanya yaitu udang berubah warna menjadi kemerahan.

5. Goreng udang menggunakan minyak goreng berkualitas baik, jangan memakai minyak bekas menggoreng, sebaiknya gunakan minyak goreng baru ya bund, biar hasil gorengan cantiq ^^

6. Tunggu sampai minyak goreng panas baru masukkan udang. angkat setelah udang berwarna kuning kecoklatan dan tiriskan diatas tisu agar daging udang tetap renyah dan minyak goreng tidak banyak melekat.

Sayur Lodeh Pedas



Bahan :
labu siam, potong2
kacang panjang, potong2
jagung manis, potong2
nangka muda, potong2
daun melinjo
melinjo
kacang tanah
daun salam
cabai hijau, potong2
lengkuas, memarkan
jahe, memarkan
garam
gula pasir
minyak goreng (utk numis bumbu)
Santan kira2 500 ml

Bumbu halus :
6 bwg merah
3 siung bwg putih
6 buah cabe merah besar
4 buah cabe merah keriting
2 btr kemiri
1 sdt ketumbar

Cara membuat :
1.  Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bumbu halus, cabai hijau, daun salam, lengkuas, dan jahe sampai harum.
2. Tuang santan, aduk rata. Masak sampai mendidih sambil terus diaduk.
3. Masukkan sayuran, bumbui dgn gula dan garam, masak sampai matang.
4. Angkat dan sajikan sayur lodeh pedas selagi hangat.

Catatan :
* Setelah santan dimasukkan, aduk2 terus agar santan tidak pecah
* Tanda santan pecah adalah terpisahnya bagian santan yang kental dan cair, sehingga walopun santan qt aduk, santan yg udah pecah tsb tidak dapat menyatu kembali
